Claude Black's Legacy

Following the civil rights movement, Dr. Claude Black remained involved in the San Antonio government. He continued to serve as a prominent religious and poltiical leader in the community until his death on March 13, 2009.

Rev. Black's legacy lives on through personal remembrances, the physical memorials that people of San Antonio dedicated to him, and through the impact that he had on the community through his lifelong mission of equality.
