Key Players

There were a number of important individuals who worked alongside Paul Baker to implement and spread the Integration of Abilities philosophy. Most importantly his wife, Kathryn "Kitty" Baker, was instrumental helping him to form the course and adapt concepts for school-aged children, creating the original children's theater program.

Others include Ruth Byers and Jearnine Wagner, along with a number of students of the children and teen theater programs such as Cynthia Herbert, Julia Jarrell, Susie Monday, and Susan Marcus.
