Exercises for movement:

  • stretch yourself - become as tall as a windmill, raise your neck like a giraff, leap like a frog, stomp like an elephant
  • study patterns of motion - traffic, people working, the steam of hot coffee, cloud movements, lightning, rain
  • observe the movement of inanimate objects when dropped
